Mini FAQ

• Q : You keep getting the following error : "Fout bij verbinding maken, laatste winsock fout = 0"
  A : Close all other newsreaders.
• Q : You keep getting the following error : "Fout bij versturen 441 Posting Failed (Authentication failed for user : 0!)"
  A : Fill in a username and password in the server configuration window.
• Q : There are mysterious empty boxes in the download/upload list. B-news keeps crashing when I start the upload/download.
  A : Delete the files "Downloadfiles.dat" & "postfiles.dat" in the folder with the name of your news sever.
• Q : I'am getting the following error message during download. Server Fout: 430 No Such Article
  Error during download: 423 No Such Article In Group
  A : Refresh you messages list by pressing F5..
Q : I'am getting the following error message during downloading. "453: - processline error Can't find DLL entry point yEncDecode/AppendToFile in >> bommanews.dll "
A : You are still working with the old version of the bommanews.dll. Close all B-news instances, and search for all the bommanews.dll's. Delete all those files and update B-news plus.

And while we're at it, "where can I find warez and mp3z to download" is a question that is never answered in any of these places, and least of all through mail. Warez is illegal, please don't ask someone who makes a living out of writing software (besides giving some away for free) where to find it.
